Challenge: Teach the basics of using Tenzing inflight Internet service while marketing it.
Solution: User Guide distributed on CD to business flyers, with marketing messages and clear instructions.
I wrote text for print display and audio replay. Created screenshots and animations (using Viewlet Builder).
